Washcloths are an easy and functional solution for washing on a hike or anywhere, if there are no washing facilities. It's much smarter to wash with those than, for example, swimming your crappy body in the water intake. Used towels can be burned or even buried in the ground, because they are biodegradable material. Two towels in the evening enable a moderate full-body wash and produce a more comfortable night's sleep and general feeling.
