The handle is thin and short. The blade has a clear curve, is very sharp and the gimping on the back of the blade gives you good control for finer tasks. It is best to think of this as a large scalpel and you will not be disappointed with what you get. It is not a knife for everyone but for what it is intended for it is almost perfect. Unfortunately, the weakness lies in the sheath.Brand
