Stiffer and narrower model than previous Trail Gloves. The so-called from regular shoes, not so much from barefoot shoes.

Smart, light and well-fitting shoes, with plenty of room for the toes. However, not like barefoot shoes, the sole is that thick. The size is larger than Merrel's vapor glove shoes, I had to take half a size smaller. I am very satisfied with my purchase!

I think the base is a bit stiffer/thicker in this trail version than in the normal one. It doesn't matter, they are still comfortable and the foot got used to it quickly.

Soles that are too hard for those who wear bare feet (arch support).

Incredibly comfortable on the feet, but due to the tightening system of the laces, the right tension/looseness requires learning, because overly tight laces start to press on the foot very quickly. The bottom is slippery if there is even a little snow or ice.

I already bought the second ones, because the previous ones fit well and I have used them a lot on long rounds of golf. Fits a very narrow foot while still giving good space to the toe/toe area.

Three different barefoot shoes had to be tried before finding the right one. These fit the foot like a sock. At first, I wanted to rub the footboard, but when I realized that the straps were too tight, it even became easier. Since these have pretty short laces, you had to put them really tight to tie them. I got the band locks, so I don't have to reach so tight anymore. I've been walking in these for about a month and I don't feel like wearing any other shoes anymore. You can't, though, when others get pain in both their flippers and shins. My back pain has disappeared little by little, almost completely! I hope they last longer than half a year. Normal sneakers are completely worn out in half a year. To me, these feel significantly better than the Trail Glove 5s. The soles are a little stiffer than other barefoot shoes I've tried, but they are flexible when walking. I recommend!
