Muesli (whole grain wheat, oats, corn flour, wheat flour, sugar, whole grain rye, stoneground oats, blueberries (blueberries, sugar) (1.6%), raspberries (1%), strawberries (0.9%), salt, wheat bran, maltextrakt) (50%), powdered milk, coconut (12%), soy protein, sugar.

Shelf life

The product has 7 years shelf life from the manufacturing date. Store at room temperature. An opened bag should be treated as a fresh product. Please eat the meal within 2 hours of adding water.

Preparation
Tear off the top of the bag at the indentation. Add water (2,5 dl) up to the level marker. Stir well, close the bag using the ziplock and let the dish rest for 3 minutes.

When I have bought food from east to west, I have noticed that the best is in the west. Best in Norway, ok in Sweden, bad in Finland. Store porridges and vells do not provide enough energy. I can easily get through the day with a real morning coffee and a couple of grocery bags. I'm a 70-80 kg man and snacks take up unnecessary space and sometimes even dinner is missed when I'm tired. The taste is more than enough.

Good tasting breakfast. Appropriately edible and good composition and nutritional content. It also works warm, but it tastes best when you make it in cold water.
