Gutsy Captain Kombucha drinks are fermented tea-based kombucha drinks that contain plenty of lactic acid bacteria. The drinks have not been pasteurized, so the probiotics remain alive and the drink retains its good properties. Gutsy Captain's Kombucha is suitable for any situation, as a thirst drink, for refreshment after training or as a non-alcoholic alternative for parties.

Kombucha is made by fermenting green tea and organic cane sugar with the help of a live bacterial and yeast culture. This bacteria-yeast culture is also known by the abbreviation SCOBY (symbiotic culture of Bacteria and yeast). Fermentation uses almost all the sugar and at the same time the SCOBY produces antioxidants, vitamin B and enzymes for the drink.
