Delivery times

Handling time

Handling time is normally 1-3 weekdays. We will send you a tracking link by email and SMS when we have processed your order and packed your order and the shipment for the order is ready for transit (hand off to carrier).

If your delivery is delayed the reason is usually some of these below:

  • Our warehouse is bunged-up. Lots of orders to pack and too few hands packing them.
  • Some or one of the ordered items has longer delivery time. Not in stock in the time of ordering.
  • Unfortunate stock error in one of the products you had ordered. We will inform about these during the handling time.

Pick-up at our store orders

In Finland you can also choose a delivery method: Pick up at our shop. We will send you an email and SMS when your order is ready to be picked up. If you want come to pick it up before you get the pick up notification please inform our customer service info@varuste.net or call us +358 9 454 0707. Then we'll try to pack it ready for you. You can also come to pick it up without prior notice but in that case please allow some time for our staff to process your order while waiting.

Longer delivery time

We have a lot of items that we don't have in stock all the time but we can order it for you. These items are marked yellow in our web store. You can see the estimated delivery time for these items in the product page. Estimated delivery time is based on a earlier actual deliveries of the same product.

Unfortunately estimated delivery time is not a 100% promise that you will receive the product in the estimated time. But it provides some infomation about how long you usually have to wait. If you're on a tight schedule please contact our customer service. They might be able to give you a more accurate estimation.

Posti and Matkahuolto parcels are usually delivered in 1-3 working days. If you get a delivery notice from us on Monday you can be expecting delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Please note that the size and weight of the products in your shopping cart may affect on the available delivery methods and delivery cost. There might also be carrier specific delivery restrictions eg. guns, ammunition and hazardous substances.

International delivery times

We deliver almost everywhere in the world. Delivery cost and available delivery methods may vary depending on the size and weight of your shopping cart, especially in international orders. You can see the final delivery cost for your shopping cart at Checkout.
