1. Shopping
Shop where you see the Global Refund Tax Free Shopping sign and simply ask for your Global Refund Cheque.
2. Through customs
When leaving a country or the European Union, show your purchases, receipts and passport to customs officials and have your Global Refund Cheques export validated.
3. Refunding
Collect your refund in cash at our nearby Cash Refund Office or send the cheque to Global Refund for a bank cheque to be sent to your address or direct crediting of your credit card.

How to order online outside European Union
If you're ordering products in our webstore and want to get them delivered outside EU you're legitimate to buy the products without paying VAT to Finland.
-You can place an order in our web store in a normal way.
-Please write "VAT refund" to the additional information box in Checkout.
-First you'll have to pay your order in full amount incl. VAT.
-After receiving your order we will refund the amount of VAT to your credit card or Paypal account and we will send your order.
The value added tax (VAT) is normally 24 % in Finland. For literature VAT is 10 % and for food 14 %.
