Product description

This pull buoy is specifically designed for practising swimrun. Its two side straps can easily be adjusted to the leg and placed on the outside while running. When it’s time to get into the water, simply turn the buoy so it fits between your legs, to keep them from sinking. The perfect solution to compensate for the loss of speed caused by wearing shoes.

Works well in svimrun. Rubber band ready. Could be a little smaller in size.

Way too heavy and big for a petite woman. It was leaking all the time even though it was set tight. Difficult to turn the swim at the beginning when it was too big. No further. Might work better for men. And then it requires something earlier so that it doesn't run into the ankles when running.
