The Sioen Ballistics Restac Vest is a robust and adaptable tactical protective vest, crafted specifically for reservists. This vest features soft ballistic panels rated at NIJ 0101.04 level IIIA, offering protection against modern battlefield threats such as shrapnel and bullets. For enhanced protection, users can add hard armor plates (NIJ III and NIJ IV) into the vest's front and back plate pockets. The exterior is made from durable double-layered Foxdura 500 polyurethane IRR fabric, while the interior is lined with breathable mesh. The laser-cut MOLLE system allows for versatile attachment of pouches and accessories, and Velcro patches on the front and back provide convenient spots for unit insignias and morale patches. The vest includes quick-release buckles and adjustable Velcro and elastic cummerbunds for a secure and personalized fit. Removable shoulder pads with MOLLE webbing and Velcro loops accommodate communication devices or hydration tubes. Additional protection options, such as lower body, shoulder/arm, and neck/throat guards, are available separately. Each component is crafted with exceptional skill, with soft ballistic panels made in Finland and textile parts in Europe. The vest is delivered in a separate carrying bag and is CE-approved.
