Einfach gut in den Griff zu bekommen. Benötigen Sie einen Einlaufschuh und eine Sohle. Schnelle Bänder ok.

Ein paar Mal bin ich gelaufen und alkuunhan es scheint seltsam, wenn ich es gewohnt bin, Laufschuhe zu unterstützen. Meine Knie sind nicht wund, obwohl sie bereits Arthrose haben. Ich werde mit diesen bequemen und leichten "Hausschuhen" weiter trainieren! Riitta
