The knife's birch handle, stained black and treated with natural protective oil, with finger grip, provides an excellent grip. The sharp and beautiful forged blade is made of durable carbon steel and is easy to sharpen. Carefully maintained, the carbon steel remains rust-free and offers a long service life.
