This professional knife kit contains four knives for skinning, boning and butchering and the much appreciated gut opener and skinner, the EKA R8S.
The soft grip handles are made of Santoprene™, hygienically approved, with an attractive ergonomic design.
The blades are made from high quality stainless steel with excellent sharpness and durability.
The kit comes with a handy canvas roll bag including two open plastic double sheaths and belt.
Handle color is orange.

Highly recommended set for indoor and outdoor butchering.
