Jeg har tidligere brugt en Garmin eTrex 10 til geocaching, jeg har manuelt skulle uploade caches til den via et kabel via en computer. I denne nyere eTrex SE downloades caches via Bluetooth fra din telefon, hvilket er en stor forbedring. Enhedens batterilevetid er også klart bedre, og understøttelse af flere satellitsystemer er en god tilføjelse. Den eneste ulempe, der kun giver den 4/5 stjerner, er en fejl, der får enheden til at fryse helt nogle gange, og det hjælper kun at fjerne batterierne. Jeg går ud fra, at dette vil blive rettet i fremtidige firmwareopdateringer, men lige nu er det en ret irriterende funktion.
