Produkt jsem koupil a zaplatil v internetovém obchodě. Jako způsob doručení jsem si vybral vyzvednutí z obchodu. Produkt byl na skladě. Čekal jsem 4 dny na oznámení, že si mohu vyzvednout svou objednávku. Nebylo žádné oznámení, takže jsem kontaktoval e-mailem. Zástupce oddělení služeb zákazníkům řekl, že produkt čeká na připravenost, vítejte u vyzvednutí. Obchod uvádí, že nemají produkt, za který jsem zaplatil, ani informace o něm, protože by jej byli schopni dodat.
